Workout of the Week
Grow your glutes with this booty building tri-set! This workout can be done alone, or added to your existing plan.
Complete each movement in sequence, rest 30 seconds to one minute then repeat three more times.
Glute Bridge - 20
Lie flat on the floor with your knees bent, hands at your sides and feet about shoulder width apart. Pushing through your heels lift your hips off the floor and squeeze your butt at the top.
Donkey Kicks - 15 each leg
Kneel on all four's with your head looking forward. Keeping your right knee at a 90 degree angle push your heel to the ceiling and squeeze your butt at the top, return to the starting position and repeat with the left leg.
Jump Squats - 20
Stand with your feet slightly wider than shoulder width apart. Begin the movement by pushing your hips and butt backwards into a squat. Once legs are below parallel drive through your feet exploding upwards into a jump and landing back into below parallel position before exploding again.

My first mission with each client is to make sure they have a solid nutritional foundation. Sometimes we just need a little guidance on where to start, and that is what I am here for.
I currently offer one on one training in my private gym. No intimidation, no one looking, and nothing but individual attention.
I also offer Skype training sessions for those days when you just can't make it in, or you do not live close.
I realize clients don't always need a trainer with them, in person; sometimes all a client needs is a plan. A personalized plan to reach their goals, a plan to use when, and where, they choose.
