Workout of the Week

This is a beginner level workout designed to burn fat and build lean muscle mass through a series of short, intense intervals.

Complete numbers 1 through 3, then repeat 3-5 times.

Jumping Jacks - 1 sets of 30 seconds

Warm up your muscles and get your heart rate up, with 30 seconds of Jumping Jacks.

Air Squats - 1 set of 30 seconds

Build muscle and burn calories with this simple movement, which can be done anywhere.

Bicycle Sit-ups - 1 set of 30 seconds

Bicycle sit ups help build a strong core. Complete each rep slow and controlled, with the intention of getting stronger!

I currently offer one on one training in my private gym. No intimidation, no one looking, and nothing but individual attention.

I also offer Skype training sessions for those days when you just can't make it in, or you do not live close.
